| So, my dad works for wal-mart and they had a meeting the other day. You're probably like, "WOW! what a lame story her life must be so boring if she is talking about her dad's work meeting, which isn't altogether untrue, but they brought in two special guests for the meeting, and guess who they were...just guess....OPRAH and DENZEL! I am so friggin jealous.

| I love "So You Think You Can Dance" and I love Jessica Tanner. That is all. |

| This week I attended a hip hop class. I danced like I've never danced before, dropped it like its hot, shook my money maker aka my salt shaker, whichever you prefer. I also got on a trampoline for the first time in about ten years...wow I feel old. Anyway, I was trying to be all cool and trpaeze artist-y, alas, i think i may have done serious damage to my back. my legs bent back, in a way i fear they were not intended to bend. I am still in pain. several people fell on me, and then later on that night I ran face first into a door. HA! It was a funny night. I a convinced that regardless of what i am doing or how careful i am about doing it, my clumsiness will rear it ugly head. But it was great fun, and i will keep getting on the tramp until i become the greatest trampoline jumper that ever walked this great planet. |

| I have a new found love for Captain and Tenille and Johnny Carson (he's from the grand 'ol state of Nebraska you know). Has anyone heard the song "Power of Your Love" by Lincoln Brewster. Well he came to Lee last night, and despite the yelling of my request for the song, he did not sing it. In high school, the masters commission at my church had a dinner and human video night (like dinner and a movie, but more inspirational of course). Anyway they did a human video/ slash dance to that song. Me and my friend Lara would practice it at her house for fun. So last night I went home and did the full length version in front of the bathroom mirror. It was AWESOME! Perhaps someday I can be a solo human videoist (is that a word?) |
